We're still looking for some key volunteers to help us with various duties at Hodaka Days.

There are quite a few "opportunities" for folks to volunteer, but our most critical needs are a couple of check point managers for the Thursday poker run and additional corner flaggers for the motocross on Sunday.

Can you spare some time at Hodaka Days to make sure we’re successful?

The full list of tasks we still need volunteer help with can be found at:

https://hodakaclub.org/resources/Documents/2026-Volunteers-Needed.pdf

If you can help us, please send an email to [email protected].

It’s fun. You can make some new Hodaka friends. And it can get you one punch closer to being recognized as a Hodaka “Iron Man”. What’s an “Iron Man”, you ask?

Participate in five events at Hodaka Days 2026 and earn yourself the distinction of being a Hodaka Club “Iron Man”. Eligible events include:
• Poker Run
• Trail Ride
• Trials
• Parade
• Bike Show
• MX
Or you can earn a credit for volunteering to help.

Ask for your Iron Man card and get it punched at any event. Then have the crew punch your card as you participate in additional events. After your fifth event, turn in your card for your Iron Man patch or, if you’ve already proved your "metal" in prior years, you can get a “2026” rocker patch to go with your previous award.

Time is running out to order your commemorative 2026 Bad Rock Reunion Trail Ride baseball cap.

We'll be placing our order in the next few days for all the folks that elected the commemorative cap option during sign up and have prepaid.

After the order is placed, the option to order the Bad Rock cap will be disabled.

Sign up for the ride now and reserve one of these limited-edition caps. You can signup for the ride at:
https://www.hodakaclub.org/event-6624209

If you are going to Hodaka Days, but aren't going on the Bad Rock ride, or you've already signed up and forgot to check the commemorative ball cap option, shoot an email to [email protected] and we'll send you an invoice and get you on the list.

Sorry, we cannot ship these. You must pick them up at Hodaka Days.

Looking for Material for the March issue of the Resonator Revisited.

Once again, it’s time to put together another edition of the Resonator Revisited. The target distribution date is mid-March, so I’d like to have all the material by 3/1/26.

I’m hoping to find someone who can do suitable memorial articles for Hodaka Dave and Al P**o. Please let me know if you would be willing to take this on. I could put something together, but I certainly didn’t know them as well as a lot of other folks.

I will also do an article on the Hodaka Days planning meeting scheduled for the end of this month and probably have something on the Museum.

What other Hodaka news and tips do you have to share. Did you find a neat article in an old magazine we might be able to reprint? Create or discover a new product or service? Take a great ride? Attend a race or swap meet. Maybe find a Hodaka related treasurer?

And don’t forget about our two regular "sections":
- one on member's bikes, to showcase any cool bikes or builds (yours or others) members are willing to share,
- and "Tech Tips" - a section intended to include short pieces on clever little time/labor/cost-saving ideas.

We need your submissions no later than March1, so that we can send out a newsletter by the middle of the month.

Please email me your content at gfloren-at-easystreet-dot-net ASAP, but no later than 3/1/26 .

Thanks

Gregg
