If you're heading out to Hodaka Days, make sure you have your Hodaka Days paperwork in order.
Minors participating in Hodaka Days events will need pre-signed and notarized liability releases (waivers) if both parents will not be in attendance and available to sign them at registration/check-in. They will also need a notarized Guardianship Affidavit if they are not accompanied by a guardian. Full details and required documents are available at:

All attendees will be asked to fill out an Event Entry form with basic demographic and emergency contact information. You can speed up check-in by having your form filled out and ready.
