As we continue to showcase our valuable employees...the next one we'd like to highlight is Larry Villeneuve. He is our Heavy Duty Mechanic. He has been apart of the Ray's Towing staff for almost 3 years. He came to us with several years as a Heavy Duty Fleet Mechanic. He does a variety of work for us to include maintaining our fleet, as well as doing our Heavy Duty road side service calls, and in shop work for anything over 10,000 lbs. That includes state inspections, maintenance such as oil changes, fuel filters, tire rotations, tire changes and any other type services. He can replace air bags, brake chambers and any regular brake maintenance. He does a thorough and efficient job to ensure everyone's safety on the roadway. We appreciate his hard work and diligence to make sure that we are providing the best possible service to our customers. Thank you Larry for your hard work!

Meet Zak Ellis, an irreplaceable and integral part of our team at Ray's Towing & Recovery! As our youngest member, Zak is a huge asset to our operations. Like his older brother, Manning, Zak holds his Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and WreckMaster 4/5 certification, demonstrating his expertise in towing and recovery. He has also completed extensive training in ultra-heavy towing and specialized recovery techniques, further enhancing his capabilities. Zak is highly skilled in operating any vehicle in our extensive fleet, from our versatile light-duty tow trucks to our powerful heavy-duty recovery vehicles, ensuring we can handle any job. Beyond his dedicated work at Ray's Towing, he proudly serves as a Firefighter for the Newport City Fire Department, having recently completed Fire 1 & 2 certification, which speaks to his commitment to community service and safety. Zak is a hardworking young man who excels not only in the field but also in the shop, meticulously keeping our trucks polished and looking new, reflecting our commitment to professionalism. His customer service is truly phenomenal; he is consistently highly regarded by clients as helpful, friendly, and efficient, always going the extra mile to assist them.
