We are a family owned automotive collision repair specialist shop, serving the shoreline since 1947.

For years we have worked hard to earn and maintain our reputation by having outstanding customer service and providing top quality repairs, giving you the peace of mind you need after an accident. In 2010, we decided to expand our business and open up a 2nd location to be able to better serve our customers throughout the shoreline area. Our brand new state-of-the-art facility is located on Route 8

0 in North Branford. It features all of the finest equipment needed to restore any vehicle to pre-accident condition, as well as, a state-of-the-art alarm system with 24/7 video surveillance monitoring. We guarantee all of our work for as long you own your vehicle and all vehicles are cleaned inside and out before they are delivered back to you. We work with any and all insurance companies, and specialize in handling the entire insurance claim for you. From scheduling rental arrangements, setting up insurance appraisals, repairing your vehicle, as well as answering any questions you have, we will handle it all.

Heather has officially welcomed her beautiful baby girl! On June 27th, Lydia made her arrival, and we're so happy to share that both mom and baby are doing great.

Heather, we couldn't be happier for you as you begin this incredible new chapter of motherhood. Enjoy every snuggle, every milestone, and every precious moment with sweet Lydia—they truly grow up faster than you can imagine.

This week we're excited to introduce Bob!

With over 40 years of experience in the collision repair industry, Bob is truly one of the most well-rounded technicians you'll meet. Throughout his career, he's done it all—from detailing and body work to frame repairs and refinishing. His knowledge, skill set, and attention to quality come from decades of hands-on experience and dedication to the craft.

Bob joined the Shoreline Auto Body family about a year and a half ago, and we're incredibly fortunate he chose our team. His experience, positive attitude, and willingness to help make him a valuable part of our shop every single day.

When he's not at work, you'll likely find Bob out on the water enjoying time on his boat, taking pride in keeping his yard looking great, or spending time with his family. He's a proud father of two daughters and loves any opportunity to show off photos and stories about his granddaughter.

🚗What You See Isn’t Always the Full Story

At first glance, this vehicle appeared to have minor rear bumper damage.

However, once the vehicle was disassembled, significant hidden damage was uncovered underneath.

This is why proper teardown and inspection are such an important part of the repair process. Modern vehicles are built with structural components, mounting areas, sensors, and reinforcements hidden behind panels and bumpers — damage that often can’t be seen until the vehicle has been fully torn down.

🔧 TECH TUESDAY 🔧

This week we’re featuring Alex! 👏

Alex has been part of the Shoreline Auto Body team for almost 2 years and continues to show up every day ready to work hard and give it his best effort. His positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication do not go unnoticed. 💪

Outside of the shop, Alex enjoys hiking and you’ll usually find him with sweets, candy, or a coffee close by 🍫🍪☕ He also recently got his puppy, Nala 🐶 — who has quickly become spoiled and become a regular around the office. If you stop by, there’s a good chance you’ll see her hanging out with the team!

We’re lucky to have hardworking young techs like Alex as part of our team. Thanks for all you do, Alex! 👏

🎨🔥 TECH TUESDAY — MEET JOHN 🔥🎨

This week we’re spotlighting our painter/refinisher, John! For the past 4 years, John has been a huge part of the Shoreline Auto Body team, bringing attention to detail, pride in his work, and a passion for quality to every vehicle that comes through the shop.

Whether he’s laying down a flawless finish in the booth or making sure every detail is just right, John takes pride in doing the job the right way every time.

Outside of the shop, John is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing guitar in his band, watching old-school horror movies, and keeping his yard looking perfect (if the lawn needs mowing, he’s on it 😄).
