You heard her yesterday, 3.6L → Slakkerized 4.1L. Stage 2 porting, upgraded cams, 82mm throttle body and 8K valve springs.

415.8 HP / 355.0 lb-ft on the engine dyno

More air, more power, and a little more room to rev.

This 997.1’s came in as a 3.6 and got Slakkerized 4.1L & laid down 415.8 HP and 355.0 lb-ft on the engine dyno.

Stage 2 porting, upgraded cams, a bigger intake setup and 8K valve springs.

The Boxster has always been a little underestimated.
Lightweight, mid-engine, and relatively affordable compared to the rest of the Porsche family.
This 2004 986 Boxster S is about to find out what happens when a 3.2 gets a lot more serious.
