We caught some big fish today, and they're perfect for the grill! A little olive oil, some Kinder's Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning, and that's it. The aroma is incredible, with a hint of parmesan. You know they're done when a fork easily separates the flaky fish.

Welcome to Dale Hollow, home of the mondos! This isn't just any crappie; it's a true monster, weighing in at over two and a quarter pounds. It looks like it's been eating softballs! This is why anglers travel from all over the country for the chance to catch a fish like this.
