Better late than never! 😂🏍️

Clinton bought this beautiful Freewheeler back in June of last year, and somehow we never got around to taking his picture and officially welcoming him to the Defiance family!

The other day, he stopped by our service department to ask about winterizing his trike and reminded me that we never got that picture. I'm sure glad he did! It's been well over a year, and I'm happy to hear he's still loving his Freewheeler!

Congratulations, Clinton! It may be a little overdue, but we're just as happy to have you as part of our Defiance Harley-Davidson family! ❤️🏍️

I've known Brian and Tanya for quite a few years now. Back in 2020, Brian bought his 2012 Dyna from me, and Tanya was actually working here at Defiance at the time. She's since moved on, but they've always felt like part of our family.

Unfortunately, Brian's Dyna spent the entire summer in service waiting on one little part that is now obsolete. It's hard enough to miss out on riding season, especially when it's something so small keeping you off the road.

But I'm happy to say this story has a pretty good ending!

Brian is now riding a brand-new Purple Abyss Heritage, and I think Tonya is going to be pretty happy with that much more comfortable back seat! 😂💜

Brian and Tanya, it really means a lot to me that after all these years, you still trust me to help you find the right bike. That's one of the things I love most about what I do. The relationships don't end when someone rides out of the dealership.

Congratulations, Brian! I'm so glad we were able to get you back in the wind. And Tanya, even though you don't work here anymore, you two will always be part of our Defiance family. ❤️
