Christian County Recap — NASCAR Youth Series Dirt Nationals

Storm Chassis teams were up front all weekend with heat race and lower main wins, with plenty of cars proving they had speed.

The A Mains told a different story. Between on-track incidents and more than a few bent racecars, what looked like it could be a great weekend quickly turned into work for a lot the Storm teams.

🏆 Colton Henry and Hattie Messer fought through the chaos and parked their Storm Chassis in Victory Lane, bringing home A Main wins on the national stage. Huge congratulations to both teams on an incredible weekend!

We’ll get the rest of the cars repaired and be ready to defend our backyard when the national series rolls into Keystone. ⚡

The forecast all week called for one thing: Storms. ⚡ Ashlyn Wittmer continues an incredible 2026 Jr. Sprint season by claiming the Speedweek Championship! A week full of speed, hard work, and relentless drives to the front made this one well deserved.

Night 3 of Speedweek at Greenwood brought both incredible highs and heartbreaking lows for the Storm Chassis team.

Jr Sprints: For the third straight night, Storm Chassis swept the Jr. Sprint podium… and this time, we swept the entire top 5.

In the 600 feature, Tim Buckwalter was lightning fast, leading 22 of the 30 laps before an unfortunate on-track incident ended what was shaping up to be an awesome run. The 21 of Zach Curtis finished P21. Sometimes the scoreboard doesn’t tell the whole story.

Storm swept the Jr. Sprint podium for the second straight night!

A great run in the 600s by Timmy Buckwalter, bringing home a 7th-place finish in the A Main out of a stacked field of 109 cars!
