Thank you!

Wayne County Speedway

With the 2026 racing season officially wrapped up at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the track and everyone involved.

Wayne County Speedway had some big shows this year, including the World of Outlaws Late Models, Ohio Sprint Speedweek Finale, DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour, and several other great events throughout the season.

The weather definitely wasn’t on the side of dirt track racing this year. Like many tracks across the country, Wayne County Speedway had its share of rainouts, but that didn’t take away from the great events they were able to put on.

Hats off to all the people working behind the scenes at Wayne County Speedway. From the track crew and officials to the volunteers and everyone else involved, a lot of time and hard work goes into keeping a dirt track operating. Most people don’t realize how much work goes into putting on just one night of racing.

Despite the challenges, Wayne County Speedway still managed to bring some big racing events to the area and give fans plenty of great racing throughout 2026.

Thank you to everyone involved with Wayne County Speedway and all the fans, drivers, and race teams who continued to support the track.

Looking forward to seeing what 2027 brings for Wayne County Speedway!

Support your local dirt track!

🏁 THAT’S A WRAP ON 2026 AT WAYNE COUNTY SPEEDWAY!

What a season.

There were plenty of highs, some lows, more than our share of rain, and some difficult moments along the way. Through all of it, you continued to show up and support Wayne County Speedway.

To our fans who packed the stands, our drivers and race teams who put on the show, our employees and volunteers who worked countless hours behind the scenes, and our marketing partners who helped make it all possible — THANK YOU.

We also ask that you continue to keep those involved in the incidents this season in your thoughts as they continue to recover. Some things are much bigger than racing.

The gates may be closed for 2026, but the work hasn’t stopped. Planning for the 2027 season is already underway, and we’ll be sharing information as soon as it’s ready to be released.

From everyone at Wayne County Speedway, thank you for riding the ups and downs with us and supporting The County all season long.

It’s not goodbye…

We’ll see you in 2027. 🏁
