If you’re friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoy helping customers, we’d love to hear from you. Automotive experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Responsibilities include:
🔧 Greeting customers
📞 Answering phones and scheduling appointments
📝 Creating repair orders and communicating with technicians
🤝 Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
💻 General office and customer service duties
