I was a first time buyer and completely intimated by this process. I did not know where to begin or how to venture through the car lots knowing the supply chain issue in todays time. I contacted 7 Toyota dealerships including Oxford Toyota and I am so thankful to receive Brittany as a salesman.
There is a stigma behind car salesman that “you should never trust them.” Wrong. Brittany went above and beyond with communication and professionalism to ensure I received the exact vehicle that I wanted even if it was a search for a “needle in a haystack.” She explained this process thoroughly to me and always checked in with updates. Never once did I feel pressured into making any decisions that I was uncertain of. I do believe in finding your “match” with a salesman that can be relatable to you and your needs. Otherwise, this process could be just as intimidating as you pictured. Luckily, I had found my match with her.
