We had a quick job come through the shop this past weekend on a vehicle that needed new coil packs and spark plugs. To access the rear coils and plugs, the intake manifold had to be removed, allowing us to properly complete the repair and get everything back together and running right.
No job is too small or too big. From routine maintenance and repairs to heavy equipment and diesel work, we’re here to get the job done right.

🚧 Another CAT 938M In The Shop! 🚧
A new customer reached out to us looking to have some work done on their CAT 938M wheel loader, which was experiencing several oil leaks along with diagnostic fault codes.
We headed out today, picked up the machine, and brought it back to the shop. After giving it a thorough wash, we’ve got it cleaned up and ready to go into the shop for repairs. 🔧
While the 938M is here, we’re taking care of more than just the immediate issues. We’re also performing a complete service and inspection, including:
🔹 Engine oil & filter service
🔹 Transmission fluid service
🔹 Hydraulic system service
🔹 Axle fluid service
🔹 Complete grease service
🔹 Full machine inspection
🔹 Diagnostic testing and repair of fault codes
🔹 Inspection and repair of oil leaks
Our goal is to not only fix the problems that brought the machine in, but to make sure the machine is properly serviced, inspected, and ready to get back to work.
From diagnostics and repairs to complete maintenance, Benoits Diesel Service works on everything from cars and trucks to heavy equipment.

🔧 ANOTHER MACHINE BACK UP AND RUNNING AT BENOITS DIESEL SERVICE! 🚜
One of the jobs that came through BDS last week was this John Deere 250 Skid Steer that had an electrical issue and completely lost power.
After pulling the main harness out of the machine, we found several corroded and broken wires causing the problem. We repaired the damaged wiring, went through the system, and got this machine back up and running and ready to get back to work! 💪
At Benoits Diesel Service, we work on it all — from cars and light-duty trucks to heavy-duty trucks, skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
Whether it’s routine maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, or a repair that has you scratching your head, BDS is here to get the job done right.

In for a hydraulic leak and a service is a svl75. We found some rotted out fittings on the right drive motor and had to remove the track and drive motor from the machine to change out the fittings. We also found 2 steal lines that were in rough shape and leaking so we replaced those and few hydraulic lines that went to them. Gave the machine a full service and a bath and sent it back to work! Thanks for the work P&H!
