Looking good, Bay County.

We’re proud to play a role in the U.S. 98 widening project and help put the finishing touches on another major roadway improvement. Shoutout to our crews for the quality work and attention to detail that goes into every mile.

Crews working to widen U.S. 98 from Mandy Lane to Nautilus Street in Bay County.

This photo showcases some of the final touches underway on this segment. They include new turn lanes, medians, and other roadway improvements.

This work is part of the combined $110 million project to widen 4.8 miles of U.S. 98 from Mandy Lane to Richard Jackson Boulevard. The project is scheduled for completion in late 2027.

Kevin Phillips is celebrating 5 years with ECS. Since joining the team in 2021, Kevin has been a dependable leader who consistently helps keep projects moving forward.

Angelo Leon is celebrating 4 years with ECS. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to the job make him a valued part of the Tallahassee team.

And while he may be camera shy, Heath Gerrell is celebrating 7 years with ECS. As General Manager of our Tallahassee office, Heath’s leadership, dedication, and investment in both our people and projects have helped shape the success of the division.
