My name is Rich and I am the owner of the Precision Tune Auto Care of Perry Hall. My wife, Suzanne, and I proudly and enthusiastically opened the doors to this center in 1995. We are both graduates of Perry Hall High School and have lived here our whole lives so we were especially honored to open a business in our own neighborhood. I started my career with Precision Tune shortly after graduating i
n 1981. Beginning as a mechanic, I moved up to assistant manager, manager, and finally general manager overseeing operations at all of the Baltimore area stores before realizing my dream of owning my own store. I am very involved in the day to day operations here at the shop. I love to get my hands dirty and derive great satisfaction from diagnosing challenging issues. Our manager and Son, Corey Long, worked with us from 2009-2015, and recently came back on board in early 2022. Before coming back to Precision Tune, Corey spent 7 years in the healthcare and social work field. Corey's experiences over this time helped him hone an outstanding ability to communicate and empathize with people from all walks of life. Corey is also exceptionally attentive to customer satisfaction. I couldn't be any more confident in a manager as I am with Corey. Our assistant manager/shop foreman is Brian Kucharek and we are especially proud to say that he has been with us since the very beginning. He has successfully completed extensive training with our corporate Precision Tune training center and is ASE certified. There's nothing that he hasn't been able to diagnose and repair, the harder the better! Brian continues to be an invaluable asset to our business. When you are making the decision on where to take your vehicle for its maintenance and repair needs, I want you to trust that our center is more than capable of handling all kinds of situations. Along with Corey, Brian, our technicians and me, we offer a vast array of knowledge and experience. Plus, we really love what we do, and we honestly care about you and your vehicle!
