• Greeting customers and listening to their vehicle concerns
• Communicating with technicians and explaining service recommendations
• Reviewing inspections, obtaining approvals, and ensuring timely repairs
• Keeping customers updated on service progress, specials, and recalls
• Processing payments, maintaining records, and tracking vehicle service history
📣 REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be 18 or older
• Strong communication and basic computer skills required
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Pre-employment drug screening is required
