To our loyal customers we are closed today due to the weather conditions & concern for our employees wellbeing. As always our dispatch is answered/monitored 24/7 so please feel free to call and check if we can get someone to you. Location and work needed will be the primary factor on whether we can have a service technician out to you.

Thank you all for your continued support this year as we wouldn’t still be here chugging along without you!

Our business hours for the holidays will be as follows:

M-Th 12/23/21 regular business hours
Fri-Sun 12/26/21 our shop will be closed.
M-Th 12/27/21 regular business hours
Friday 12/31/21 our shop will be closed

Our 24/7 roadside service will be worked as a case by case situation for just the 12/24-12/25 & 12/31-1/1/22 so please call our dispatch if needed. All other days will be our regular 24/7 hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you or your business but we want our staff to be able to enjoy their holidays. They have truly earned this break.

‼️‼️‼️Update-Weather‼️‼️‼️

We sincerely apologize but with the weather like it is, we can’t in good conscious open the shop or send our service technicians out. First off, their safety is our top concern but also with this weather it affects the airflow in the compressors where it just freezes up in the line. So I hope you trust that these decisions are not being made lightly. Hopefully we will be able to open the shop tomorrow at least for a few hours. Again please call 210-738-1111 prior to driving over. The power outages has them auto transferred to Greggs personal/work phone. So someone is answering calls but all we can do at this time is take the information down and get back with you.

‼️‼️Inclement Weather‼️‼️

Good Friday evening friends and customers. We hope you are all warm and safe!

We at Peterson Tire have decided that our 24/7 roadside service will not be running as normal. We will only in an absolute emergency situation (and those will be decided on individual cases at the time) possibly send a service tech out. The safety of our employees is of our up most importance. We also are looking at being closed Monday the 15th & Tuesday the 16th.
We will post another post to clarify if we will or will not be open as it gets closer. The weather will be the deciding factor. Please know we value our customers and supporters tremendously and these decisions are not made lightly but the safety of our employees is at the top. To make sure, please call us at 210-738-1111 first to check that we are open before you make the drive.

Hello Peterson Tire customers old & new!

I know it’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted but I don’t want to bombard feeds with the same info over & over. We are still operating as usual. Again with COVID, precautions are constantly being used. If you are not comfortable entering the building PLEASE don’t hesitate to call our number and someone will come to your vehicle to help serve you as best as possible with what we have to work with. We want you to feel comfortable and if you choose to come in we do have a TV and couch and disposable masks at the door for you to use. There is also hand sanitizer spread throughout the shop and ozone machines running.
We thank ALL of you for continuing to help support our small business & please if you have a concern or issues with service we want to know. Call and speak with Gregg or Gary so we can try to make it right. Without you, our customers, we wouldn’t be who we are today.

Good Morning Peterson Tire customers!

This is just a brief post to let you know that yes as of now we are still running our regular business from 7:30-5 M-F with 24/7 after hours. With the current spike in positive Covid tests, we ask that if you have a compromised immune system you please stay in your vehicle and call 210-738-1111 and let them know what you need and someone can come to your Vehicle & we can even take your payment over the phone if needed. If you feel comfortable/healthy enough to come into the building please wear a mask & practice social distancing. Our employees are practicing social distancing, door k***s etc are being sanitized regularly and there is hand sanitizer at each desk for you and our employees to use. We are a small family business that is trying to stay open for our customers, so please do your part. Thank you to all our customers that continue to use and support us for your tire needs as we greatly appreciate it. Be safe and stay healthy during these trying times!
