🚐 Today’s inspection was a little different—and a great example of how RVs can be built for different needs!
This 2006 Winnebago RV was manufactured with ADA accessibility in mind, including a wheelchair-friendly shower, an electric hospital bed in place of a couch, and a dedicated wheelchair access door with a motorized lift. Features that can help make life on the road possible for someone with limited mobility. ❤️
Our customer is also out of state and hasn’t seen the RV in person. Having an independent inspection gives them another set of eyes on the unit and detailed information to help make an informed buying decision. 🔎
💡 What do we actually inspect? Let’s start with the shower!
It’s more than turning on the faucet and saying, “Yep, water!” During an RV inspection, we check shower operation, water pressure and temperature, drainage, accessible plumbing connections for leaks, and visible seals and surrounding surfaces for potential concerns. Water belongs in your shower—not quietly exploring beneath your floor. 💧
We’ll be sharing more inspection tidbits in upcoming posts so you can get a closer look at what Tom and Victoria check—and why it matters!
Near or far, new or used: Buy smart. Inspect first.
