What keeps each project so fun is making a home unique. We take our "inspiration house" and then make it perfect for the occupant and their property. This variation of our 10N model flipped the plan so the entry is on the left, and we turned the 4th bedroom into a great utility room with a door to keep animals in, space for a freezer, and extended closet for a water softener. By moving the laundry to the new utility room, it make room in the kitchen for a HUGE walk in pantry. We made a wide doorway so there is also room for a 2nd fridge in there. They are going to be ready for entertaining for sure! In my excitement I never took a photo of the sheetrock living room so will have to get that next time. We can't wait for the opportunity to help with your home too and making it just right! (we also sent their daughter a date night gift card for the referral!)

We had a customer in recently who didn't want a home too large, less than 1400 sq. ft.
But what they did want:
-entry closet
-walk in closet in the master bedroom
-tons of kitchen storage including a pantry
-side entry
At first this seemed daunting, and though in our model we removed the entry closet, it is a standard feature! I thought we'd take a moment to reintroduce everyone to the Titan Homes Intrigue. Literally no wasted space with hallways, and when the living room goes over the mate line, it feels even larger! Link to the 3D tour in comments!
