Most people drop off their car and spend the next few days wondering what's actually happening to it.
Landon and the team don't work that way. Here's exactly what your car goes through from the moment you leave — step by step.
No surprises. Clear communication at each step. That's how we do it on Yellowstone.
Step 1: Full assessment
Before anything gets touched, Dan does a complete walk-around — not just the visible damage. We're looking at the frame, the panels, the paint, and anything the collision may have shifted that isn't obvious from the outside.
Step 2: The estimate
We document everything we find — parts, labor, and scope — and submit it to your carrier if insurance is involved. If we find additional damage during the repair that wasn't in the original estimate, we call you before we do anything. No surprises.
Step 3: Parts are ordered
Once the estimate is approved, we order your parts. We use an OEM-first approach — parts built for your specific make and model, not generic aftermarket replacements.
Step 4: The repair
This is where Landon and the crew do what they've been doing in Pocatello for over a decade. Structural work first, then bodywork, then paint — matched to your vehicle's factory color code. Every step in the right order.
Step 5: Quality check
Before we call you, the vehicle goes through a final inspection. Panel gaps, paint match, structural alignment — everything gets checked against factory spec. If it's not right, it doesn't leave the shop.
Questions before you drop off? Call us. We'll walk you through it.
