Great Granddaddy James Presson Moore Fought side by side with General Lee Injured in the Battle of Sharpsburg

he was well known for building Log Canoes & boats with one arm. Granddaddy James C. Moore came back after WWII & worked at Newport News Shipyard & bought the Marina... Father, H. Emory Moore served 4 years in the Navy & after Graduating Virginia Tech came home & renamed the Boat Yard too York Haven Marina after a popular Anchorage here in Poquoson... Brothers Jamie, Justin & Starkey all USCG Captains run it together
