Foam-filled. Fully infused. Built to take a beating. 🐾

Every Henriksen Boat Designs Core skiff hull is resin-infused, not sprayed and rolled the old way. We cut foam every six inches so the fiberglass forms real I-beams through the structure. The result is a stiff, foam-filled hull that stays light and tough for the Bay, the backwaters, and hard work days.

Core series from 17 to 31 feet. Shop dog approved.

We're hiring! Working Fiberglass Supervisor / Lead — Henriksen Boat Designs · Port Norris, NJ

Henriksen Boat Designs builds foam-filled, fully resin-infused skiffs in Port Norris, New Jersey. We're a small shop looking for a working supervisor — someone who can run a small crew and still do the work themselves.

What you'll do:
- Lead and watch over a small fiberglass crew day to day
- Show guys how to do the work and keep quality up
- Resin-infuse boat hulls (foam core, fiberglass layup)
- Spray gel coat
- Cut fiberglass and foam
- Body work and finish work
- Move parts, load and unload, drive trucks as needed
- Help with the same hands-on shop work the owner does

Who we're looking for:
- Real fiberglass / composite experience (lamination, infusion, gel coat, or body work)
- Experience leading or training a small crew — or clear ability to step into that
- Willing to work with your hands every day, not just manage from the office
- Reliable, on time, and comfortable in a small shop

Hours & pay: Monday–Friday, roughly 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Pay: TBD for experience

How to apply: Call or text Matthew Henriksen at (419) 869-2837, or stop by the shop at 2615 Robbinstown Rd, Port Norris, NJ 08349. Website:
