It can be really intimidating to do repairs to your vehicle as a single female. But Craig made me feel comfortable right away and answered all my questions over the phone and never made me feel silly.
I met Neil when I arrived, and he was just fantastic!
And then the work!!!! Five stars for sure! They went above and beyond what I expected! And it even came in less expensive than the quote!
You can trust these guys to give you the best service, and they are all genuinely friendly and fun to deal with.

TLDR: John L. at Crown was fast, smart and awesome. Excellent effort, knowledge and service. Got the tire plugged & repaired, and loaded on the flatbed with no problems.

Had a severe flat (front, right) on a Tesla, which do not carry a spare tire. John L. from Crown arrive ~20min after I called AAA. John L. was awesome. He gently lifted the vehicle, and was able to reinflate the tire and sealedthe bead. Unfortunately, the puncture leaked as much air as we could pump in. John suggested that I go pick up a tire puncture kit, and he'd wait while I bought it. When I return he crawled under the car, sealed the puncture, and loaded the car onto the truck. He drove to my preferred tire shop and dropped the car off.
I really appreciate his expertise, suggestions, hard work, and results. Thanks John L, and crown for having such a great team and trucks.

Your repair shop was the first one that came up online, and it was conveniently located near where I live, which was a big plus. I also noticed that you had many great reviews, which gave me confidence in choosing your shop.

When I arrived, Craig helped me through the entire process. He asked all the right questions and took the time to explain everything clearly, even when I wasn’t sure what questions to ask myself. He even helped me contact my insurance company to get the claim process started. Craig was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.

The finished work on my car looks outstanding. I am extremely impressed with the results. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the car had been detailed inside and out-it looked like it had just come off the dealership floor.

Overall, this is the number one repair shop I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the excellent service and exceptional workmanship.
