The excitement is building around here! ❤️

Anthony's Route 66 books are finally arriving on Tuesday, and the orders are coming in!

It's hard to believe that after all the miles traveled, photographs taken, and months of work, we're just days away from holding the finished books in our hands.

Anthony will be signing books, and we'll be packing and shipping orders from our home throughout November.

If you've been thinking about getting a copy for yourself or someone special this Christmas, there's still time to order! https://www.anthonyschmidtphotography.com/products/route66?variant=50987491492123

We can't wait to share this moment with all of you. ❤️

Well, apparently I've managed to make Anthony's profile picture disappear from Facebook. 😂

I was cleaning up some duplicate photos and accidentally deleted his profile picture. Simple fix, right?

Not when you're Meta Verified! Apparently, we're not allowed to replace it for three days.

Even Facebook support couldn't get Anthony's face back.

So if you're wondering why our profile picture is missing, don't worry. We're still here. Anthony's still taking pictures, and Mom has officially learned to leave the profile pictures alone.

The new banner looks great though, what do you think? At least I got something right.

Well, this is one way to solve a parking problem! 😂

One of Anthony’s followers in the UK sent us this photo with a story that made me laugh.

Apparently, his friend bought an American car, only to discover it wouldn't fit in his garage. So naturally, he knocked through into the kitchen to make room for it!

And my favorite part? He even coordinated the kitchen colors to match the car. There's actually a big pane of glass separating them.

I have a feeling Anthony would approve of this home renovation. 😂

Now I'm curious… how many of you would let a car take over part of your kitchen?

🎉 THE BOOKS ARE ALMOST HERE!! 🎉

After months of hard work and anticipation, we're so excited to announce that Anthony's Route 66 coffee table books are scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, October 27!

All 4,000 books! Can you imagine what that's going to look like? I just hope they fit in the garage! 😂

Now comes the next big adventure... getting them all shipped!

Just a little reminder that we're a small family business. We pack and ship every single order ourselves, right here from our home. And because most of the preorders and all of the Kickstarter books need to be personally autographed by Anthony, there's quite a bit of work ahead of us!

Kickstarter orders will go out first, followed by the remaining preorders. We'll be working as quickly as we can throughout November, with the goal of getting everyone's books delivered in time for Christmas. 🎄

So please be patient with us as we work through thousands of orders. There's no giant warehouse or fulfillment center behind the scenes, just our family, a lot of boxes, and one very busy young photographer with a pen! 😂❤️

🎄 Haven't ordered your copy yet? There's still time for Christmas!

We still have books available from this first printing, and we're working hard to get new orders shipped in time for Christmas delivery, too!

You can order yours at AnthonySchmidtPhotography.com

Thank you for believing in Anthony and helping make this incredible project possible. We can't wait for you to finally hold this book in your hands!

🎉 **We've got a brand-new look!** 🎉

We've been working behind the scenes on a complete redesign of Anthony's website, and we're so excited to finally share it with you!

As Anthony's photography and collection of work have grown over the years, we felt it was time to give his website a fresh new look, too!

It's now easier than ever to explore his photography, find your favorite images, and shop his books, calendars, prints, and more.

A huge thank you to Alexander from Sky Feather for all his hard work bringing everything together!

We'd love for you to take a look around and tell us what you think! ❤️

I was scrolling through Anthony's camera roll today and noticed something that made me laugh.
Apparently, Anthony is so dedicated to time travel that he hasn't just recreated scenes from the past… he's actually changed the time stamps on some of his photographs to match the era!
I found photos dated 1922 through 1946… 😂
I can only imagine some poor historian 100 years from now stumbling across these files and trying to figure out how Anthony was taking digital photographs in 1922.
The boy really does take his time travel seriously. 😂
