It's such a blessing to work with such good people. Last weekend our Cheyenne, WY technician, Andrew, was dispatched for roadside service in near blizzard conditions. Andrew inspected the customers engine and found that the parts needed where not obtainable that evening. Andrew also noticed that the customer seemed very cold and was struggling to breathe since his breathing machine wouldn't work without the truck running. Having had surgery just 3 weeks prior, he was in no shape to be out in a blizzard and broken down by the road. Andrew kindly installed his personal inverter to get his breathing machine going, moved him to our service truck, got him warmed up, to the truckstop for some cash, and on to a cozy motel room. He did all this in a blizzard that was keeping most service trucks off the road completely.
Thanks Andrew for doing the right thing without a second thought.
