Whether you can help for a few hours or the entire day, every volunteer makes a huge difference. This event wouldn’t be possible without the support of our riders, families, and community.

🏁🔥 STATE RACE WEEKEND IS ONLY 1 WEEK AWAY! 🔥🏁
The countdown is on, and we’re getting excited to welcome riders and families from all over for an amazing weekend of BMX racing at Mingus Mountain BMX! 🚲💨
📢 A few important reminders:
🏁 Thursday & Friday Racing
We will be using the Transfer System, so be sure to plan accordingly.
🚗 Parking: $5 per vehicle
🏕️ Camping: $25 per RV or Tent
⛺ 10x10 Canopy Spaces: $25
Canopy spaces are first come, first served.
We encourage everyone to arrive early, get settled in, and enjoy an incredible weekend of racing, great food, and BMX family fun!

🚨🧹 CALLING ALL MINGUS MOUNTAIN BMX FAMILIES! 🧹🚨
🏁 State Race Weekend is almost here, and we need YOUR help getting the track looking its absolute best! 🏁
From now until State Race Weekend, we’ll be out at the track every day from 10:00 AM until evening, working hard to clean, w**d, rake, smooth, and prepare the facility for all of our visiting riders and families.
💙 Many hands make light work, and we would love to see our BMX family come together to help!
Please bring:
🧹 Brooms
🍃 Rakes
🌱 Hoes
🧤 Gardening gloves
🚜 W**d pullers
🪣 Buckets
🔧 Any tools that may help with cleanup and track maintenance
There is plenty to do:
✅ Pull w**ds
✅ Sweep staging and spectator areas
✅ Smooth and shape sections of the track
✅ General cleanup around the facility
✅ Help make Mingus Mountain BMX shine!
Whether you can spare an hour or stay all day, every bit of help is greatly appreciated. This track belongs to all of us, and together we can make State Race Weekend something special.
