Summit 4X4 Company began in 2012 with Jesse customizing vehicles on the side and has since grown into a full service custom build 44 shop specializing in Jeeps and Toyotas. Our mission is to help off-roaders, whether new to the sport or seasoned veterans, enjoy the adventure lifestyle by building and maintaining the 44 vehicle that best fits their needs. We do this by ensuring that every customer has an excellent experience throughout every interaction with us. Baja is calling, and this TRD Pro 4Runner is answering. 🙌

We've been dialing it in for the Baja Off Road Tours Fiesta this weekend, and the setup is exactly what a trip like this demands. TOTAL CHAOS and 𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙎𝙃𝙊𝘾𝙆𝙎 are working together underneath, built to soak up miles of whoops, washboard, and everything else Baja throws at it.

The TRD Pro was already a great starting point. Now it is ready to really let loose.

We are pretty sure this one will show up in a few action shots. Stay tuned.

Some rigs are built for Saturday. Some are built for Monday morning.

One carries you out to the trail, the campsite, the view at the end of a long dirt road. The other carries the tools, the trailer and the load that keeps your business running and your family taken care of. Different jobs, same deal. They both have to show up every single time.

That is why we treat them the same in our shop. The weekend toy gets the same care as the work truck, and the work truck gets the same attention to detail as the dream build.

Every part on this Gladiator is there for a reason.

When you are building a rig this capable, the parts list is not about brand names. It is about what works together and what holds up when it actually gets used. Here is what is going into this one and why:

EVO Manufacturing EVO MFG for suspension geometry and fabrication built specifically for the JT platform
𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙎𝙃𝙊𝘾𝙆𝙎 coilovers and bumpstops for control and a ride that stays composed when things get rough
Bruiser Conversions LX3 V8 for serious power with full factory integration
Currie Enterprises axles to handle the bigger tires and the added power without flinching
RPM Steering paired with PSC Motorsports so it tracks straight and stays tight with all that weight up front
WARN Industries | Since 1948 winch because the trail always gets the final say.

And, as usual, a few more goodies along the way.

Lockers & Lattes is happening Saturday, November 7th, from 8am to noon at Thumb Butte Coffee Company, 402 E. Sheldon St. in Prescott.

And for those who have been around a while, yes, that address should look familiar. That building was our old shop. Pretty cool to be bringing the off-road crowd back home for a morning.

Park your rig, grab a coffee and hang out with the local off-road community. No agenda, no pressure, just good people, good coffee and a parking lot full of cool builds.

Old Jeeps do not survive by accident.

The CJs, YJs, XJs and TJs still out there turning heads and hitting trails all have one thing in common. Someone kept up with them. Fresh fluids, new bushings, solid wiring, steering that tracks straight and a close eye on rust before it spreads.

These rigs were built simple and built tough, which is exactly why they can run for decades with the right care. Stay ahead of the small stuff and they will keep paying you back in miles and memories.

A little attention today keeps a classic on the trail for years to come.
