We are blessed to be able to service and repair vehicles owned by some of the best people around... and that doesn't stop on the individual level.... we service and maintain some of the best fleets around too!

🐀🐿️ IF YOU'RE COLD, THEY'RE COLD… BRING THEM INSIDE! 😂

Well, apparently the local rodents and squirrels have taken that saying a little too seriously!

With all this cold, wet weather, mice, rats, and squirrels are looking for somewhere warm and dry to call home… and unfortunately, YOUR vehicle might be their next Airbnb! 🏠🚗

And these little freeloaders don't pay rent! Instead, they chew up wiring, build nests in engine compartments, destroy insulation, and leave behind some pretty expensive repair bills!

We've seen firsthand just how much damage these furry little mechanics can do… and trust us, they're TERRIBLE at electrical work! 😂

So before you find yourself paying for Mickey Mouse's winter vacation, swing by Wallace Automotive and let us take a look under the hood!

We'll check for unwanted tenants, nests, and signs of rodent damage before those little squatters turn a $0 rental into a $2,000 repair!

Remember… If you're cold, they're cold. Bring them inside… JUST NOT INSIDE YOUR ENGINE BAY! 🤣🐿️

🚨 BIG NEWS FROM WALLACE AUTOMOTIVE! 🚨

Just so everyone knows… Wallace Automotive can now perform MOST DEALER-LEVEL PROGRAMMING FUNCTIONS right here in our shop!

We recently invested in the brand-new Snap-on Pass Thru Assistant+ (PTA+), giving our technicians access to OEM-level programming and factory software capabilities that traditionally required a trip to the dealership.

🔧 WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR YOU?

Depending on the vehicle and manufacturer, we can now handle services such as:

✅ OEM module programming & reprogramming
ECM/PCM, TCM, BCM and many other vehicle modules.

✅ Programming replacement modules
Many new replacement computers and electronic modules can be programmed and configured to your vehicle right here.

✅ OEM software & calibration updates
We can install manufacturer software updates that may correct drivability, emissions, transmission, electrical and other software-related problems.

✅ Module setup & configuration
Many replacement modules require programming, configuration or setup before they will operate correctly.

✅ Key & security-related programming on supported vehicles
Certain immobilizer, key and security functions can be performed depending on manufacturer requirements and security authorization.

✅ OEM FACTORY SCANNING
The PTA+ gives us access to comprehensive vehicle reports using actual OEM factory software—not simply a generic aftermarket scan.

✅ ADAS SUPPORT & CALIBRATION
Support for many Advanced Driver Assistance System procedures, including systems involving cameras, radar and other driver-assistance technology.

✅ REMOTE OE-TRAINED SPECIALISTS
For particularly difficult programming or diagnostic situations, our technicians can connect with Snap-on's OE-trained, brand-specific specialists for programming, diagnostics and repair guidance.

✅ DOMESTIC, ASIAN & EUROPEAN COVERAGE
The PTA+ supports programming and related services across a huge range of manufacturers.

🇺🇸 Ford
🇺🇸 GM — Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac & Buick
🇺🇸 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM
🇯🇵 Toyota/Lexus/Scion
🇯🇵 Honda/Acura
🇯🇵 Nissan/Infiniti
🇯🇵 Subaru
🇯🇵 Mazda
🇰🇷 Hyundai/Kia
🇩🇪 BMW/MINI
🇩🇪 Mercedes-Benz
🇩🇪 Volkswagen/Audi
🇸🇪 Volvo
🇬🇧 Jaguar/Land Rover
…and many more!

WHY DID WE MAKE THIS INVESTMENT?

Simple.

We want to keep your vehicle HERE.

Fewer trips to the dealership.
Less subcontracting programming work.
Less waiting for another shop.
Better control over the repair from diagnosis through completion.

Modern vehicles aren't just mechanical anymore—they're rolling computer networks. Replacing a component is often only half the repair. The vehicle may still need factory software, programming, configuration or calibration before the job is actually finished.

At Wallace Automotive, we're continuing to invest in the equipment, technology and training necessary to properly repair today's vehicles.

🔧 Diagnose it. Repair it. Program it. Finish the job RIGHT.

At Wallace Automotive, we are proud to stand behind the men and women who dedicate their lives to public service. 🇺🇸

When we were given the opportunity to support the Prescott Police Foundation and stand behind the men and women in blue who serve our community every day, we were honored to be a part of it.

Supporting those who serve isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we believe in and will continue to put into action.

We’re incredibly proud to see the Wallace Automotive name alongside so many other local businesses and organizations supporting this great cause.

To our law enforcement officers, first responders, veterans, active-duty military, and everyone who serves their community—thank you for what you do. We’ve got your back. 🇺🇸💙

Well, today is a day we’ve known was coming since January… but knowing it was coming sure doesn’t make it any easier.

One of our dear friends and lead technicians, Devin Hutman , is officially beginning his next chapter and moving across the world to Germany to be with his amazing wife, Pia. 🇩🇪❤️

When we hired Devin, we knew this day would eventually come. What we didn’t know was that somewhere along the way, we wouldn’t just gain a great technician—we’d gain a friend, a brother, and a member of the Wallace Automotive family.

Replacing him will be impossible. Filling his seat will be improbable. The knowledge, work ethic, personality, laughs, and friendship he brought into this shop every single day simply can’t be replaced.

But while Germany may be gaining one hell of a technician and an even better man, Devin will always have a family and a home here with us.

Devin, from everyone here at Wallace Automotive, we wish you and Pia nothing but happiness, success, love, and perfection in the journey ahead. Here’s to all the work, the bu****it, the love, the laughs, and the memories we’ve shared—and cheers to a friendship and brotherhood that doesn’t end just because there’s an ocean between us. 🍻

We love you, brother. We’re proud of you, and we’re going to miss you more than you know.

Safe travels and go build an incredible life with your wife. You deserve it.

And to Germany…

We’re sorry. 🤣🤣🤣🇩🇪

Once Wallace Automotive family, always Wallace Automotive family. 🔧❤️🇺🇸

🇺🇸 THIS is what community is all about! 🇺🇸

A HUGE thank you to my incredible team here at Wallace Automotive, the amazing team at USVETS, Golden Era Auto Detailing, Downtown Glass & Tint, Kirkland’s Saloon & Steakhouse, On Pointe Automotive, and every single individual who played a part in getting this deserving veteran mobile again! 🚗🇺🇸

It truly is an inspiration and an honor to work alongside—and call friends—some of the greatest individuals this country has to offer.

When good people and local businesses come together for a common purpose, amazing things can happen. This wasn't about recognition or publicity. It was simply about helping someone who served our country get back on the road and regain a little more independence.

To everyone who donated their time, skills, parts, services, or support: THANK YOU. You helped make a real difference in someone's life, and that's something we can all be proud of.

We are incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by such an amazing community. 🇺🇸❤️

Veterans helping veterans. Businesses helping neighbors. Community taking care of community.
