I hate to be the bad guy, but illegal dumping is costing my small business several hundred dollars every month.

I've tried asking nicely, putting up signs, and exploring other options. Unfortunately, I'm not going to pay out of pocket to have the city weld a locking latch onto a dumpster that isn't even mine.

On the bright side, today I was able to help Debbie Quesada reunite with some belongings she accidentally left for safekeeping in my dumpster. Judging by the nice, well-kept property and vehicles, they seem like upstanding citizens, so I'm sure they appreciated getting their items back.

Hopefully this serves as a friendly reminder that dumpsters aren't public trash cans. Please help support local businesses by disposing of your garbage properly. Every dollar I spend hauling away someone else's trash is a dollar I can't invest back into my business and my customers.

Due to ongoing concerns regarding customer service standards and business practices that do not align with the way we believe customers should be treated, Wallace Automotive has made the decision to discontinue all installation and calibration services for Intoxalock devices effective immediately.

At Wallace Automotive, we believe in treating every customer with respect, honesty, and professionalism. When our values no longer align with those of a company we represent, we feel it is our responsibility to make a change.

We will be exploring alternative providers whose commitment to customer service better matches our own standards and will keep everyone updated if and when we find a partnership we can confidently recommend.

Called our customer Samantha to give her a report on her car a couple weeks ago and she was in Scotland on vacation. I asked her to grab me a shot glass for my collection while she was there and she showed up today with these two gems! My two newest and favorite pieces for my collection!!
