🌟 Meet Fran Amend, Owner of Chipman & Taylor Chevrolet!

For Fran, relationships are at the heart of everything he does. His favorite way to spend his free time? Having fun with his wife and two kids!

That commitment to family extends to his team and the community. Fran has served on a variety of local boards and continues to give back through his time and support.

One of his favorite community traditions is the annual Car Show, bringing the entire dealership together to welcome neighbors, celebrate classic cars, and connect with friends old and new.

Our Chipman & Taylor family is deeply saddened by the passing of longtime Whitman County Sheriff Brett Myers. His years of service and dedication to our community leave a lasting legacy.

“Brett was a pillar of our community—a good man who cared deeply about the people he served. I admired him and the positive difference he made throughout Whitman County. He will be greatly missed,” said Fran Amend, owner of Chipman & Taylor.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Darcell, his children, Ari and Bree, and his family, friends, and fellow law enforcement officers. Our thoughts are with everyone who knew and loved him.

Thank you, Sheriff Myers, for your service and for the many lives you touched.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a worldwide annual campaign to increase awareness and promote regular screening and early detection of breast cancer.

Other than skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common cancer affecting American women, with 1 in 8 receiving the diagnosis of breast cancer during one’s lifetime. Early detection provides the best chance of successful treatment and cure. Thanks to screening, detection, and treatment advances, over 3.5 million breast cancer survivors are alive today.
