One of the most significant improvements is the completion of the new concrete wall along the property. The former 6-foot vinyl fence has been replaced with a 10-foot concrete wall designed to provide improved privacy, enhanced security, reduced street visibility, and better noise reduction. The wall is now finished and awaiting final paint touches. Stay tuned for more updates!!

2026 was our second season staying at Creekside. We had a great time meeting new people and learning how to play some games. The staff went out of their way to make sure everyone had a wonderful experience here. The lots are spacious and well landscaped. Lots of activities to do and they are always looking for ways to make improvements. A new pool is in the works which looks fantastic ( I was more than happy with the old one though). We reserved our spot for next year right away. See you then !

We spent a month and a half at Creekside this past winter and had a wonderful time. The sites are large and well maintained. The staff was very responsive and very pleasant. We made a bunch of new friends, enjoyed the pickleball lessons and Bunko night too! We can’t wait to go back next winter!
