Randleman Towing is looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Dispatcher to join our team!
📍 Location: Randleman, NC
🕒 Schedule:
• Some weekday evening shifts: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Every other weekend on a rotating schedule:
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR
• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Responsibilities include:
✅ Answering incoming calls
✅ Dispatching drivers and service technicians
✅ Providing excellent customer service
✅ Managing call information and job details
✅ Working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Ability to multitask
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Availability to work evenings and rotating weekends
