KAM Kartway ~Go Kart Dirt Racing in North Texas~

We also host 2 special "big" shows per year and have hosted IKF event in past. We are the only track with an on-site race shop with a full line of kart parts. Owner Mike Engstrom has been involved with Dirt Racing since he was a child and had been racing karts since 1992. In his career he has won several Championship titles as well as numerous Top 5 series awards at NTK and thru KART, IKF & WKA. T

he Engstrom Family were members of North Texas Karters since 1992 and Mike served as a Board of Director for over 8 years which included duties as Race Director and Kelley served as score keeper, Communications Chair and Membership Chair for a number of years before starting KAM Kartway. The Engstroms also ran a nationally renowned series ROTAX Max ‘challenge’ (think large scale Qualifier) for five years during which KAM was the North Texas exclusive ROTAX Service Center and ROTAX Distributor before converting the business from Sprint/Asphalt to Speedway/Dirt racing.

1/8th dirt oval semi banked dirt kart race track. We have the following race classes: Hot Wheels, 3.5 HP, Pure Stock, Animal Gold Plate, Animal, Modified, Outlaw 125cc Shifter, Outlaw 250cc Shifter, and Adult Clone flat karts. Our beginners start as young as 4 years old!
