originally visited the service department with no intention of purchasing a vehicle, as I did not believe it was financially feasible for me at this time. However, after speaking with Matt, my perspective completely changed. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options, answered every question with patience, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping me make the best decision.
What impressed me most was that he never applied any pressure — instead, he guided me through the entire process and helped me understand that purchasing a newer vehicle was indeed possible.

had a very difficult situation as a first-time buyer with very low credit, and I honestly didn't think I could get approved for the car I wanted. But Matt and Mr. worked extremely hard for me and never gave up. They were patient, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy .
