As always with gratitude, I want to thank everyone for their support this weekend. It was fantastic. It was really encouraging with how many people came through the facility on Sunday, especially since we had such terrible weather on Saturday. So I just wanted to say thank you for that.

Looking ahead, we're adjusting our schedule for this week. Because of the weather forecast, we are moving practice from Wednesday to this Thursday, July 23rd.

Here are the details for the session:

Date: Thursday, July 23rd
Time: 2:00 PM to dusk
Cost: $30

Format: Motorcycles only
Also, a quick reminder that our small track for the Littles is open, so bring the whole family out!

Following up on my last post: here is the plan for this weekend at Broome Tioga.

We’re open for practice both Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM to 4 PM. You don't have to commit to the whole weekend—if you’re just coming for one day, it’s $30 for Saturday or $25 for Sunday. If you're camping, you’re welcome to stay, and we’ll only charge you for the riders.

A few quick reminders:
Track access: Motorcycles only on the track. Bring your four-wheelers if you want, but please keep them off the main course.

For the "Littles": The pit bike track is open, and beginners can ride the "Tiny Vet Loop" across the street, as long as they’re with an adult.

Ooohhh! I almost forgot we are doing tie-dye bandannas for the kids in the “kids zone..” it’ll be while supplies last. OK I think we only bought like 30 or something. Lol. But it’s gonna be a fun activity. 😇

We’re focused on making this place better every single day. I'll see you all out there.

There will not be an event at Broome Tioga this weekend. Instead, we are hosting Family Ride Days—motorcycles only—on both Saturday and Sunday. For those of you who participate, you are welcome to camp and ride both days for $55 per rider.

I have been praying about this over the last two weeks and have decided to pause racing events until we have ample time to further improve the facility. I am not satisfied with where we are yet. I believe we have made great strides in 90 days—the difference from the day I walked into this facility in mid-April compared to today is unbelievable—but I know we can do better. And we will.

I did not buy Broome Tioga because I needed another job or to turn a quick buck. I wanted to be involved because I absolutely love the culture, the people, the families, and the sport. I always say, “Success is not measured in dollars and cents; it’s measured in impact.” I believe this is the place to be if we want to make real change, and I want to do it right. I won’t apologize for that standard.

Our next race event is slated for mid-October (targeting the 18th). Keep an eye on our page for official confirmation as we get closer.

The Lord has given me the opportunity to serve you all, and I have chosen this place to make my stand. I am grateful for your patience and your patronage.

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge one of the toughest guys I have ever seen: Zach Ostrander. He took a spill on Sunday, and I truly admire his grit. I’m sending him my best and hoping for a speedy recovery.

Regarding Wednesday’s practice: I’m pushing the start time to 2:00 PM. We have some people traveling in, and I think that extra hour will be helpful for everyone.

Finally, I can’t thank you all enough for your patience and patronage. We’re getting a great handle on the rocks, and soon, I think we will be zeroing in on getting those Ruts in the corners that we have all come to love so much.

Wow, what an incredible turnout last night! A huge thank you to all the riders who came out for our Wednesday night session. We had a great mix of people and some new faces from out of town—it was just a fantastic evening of riding and community all the way around. There's no better feeling than hanging out with good folks who love to ride. 😊

Looking ahead to the weekend:
On Saturday, the track will be open for a private event, reserved for SATRA Members Only. For those of you who aren’t familiar, SATRA stands for the Southern Area Trail Riders Association. They are a wonderful organization dedicated to responsible off-road riding, and we are always happy to accommodate their members; they are great people. If you’re interested in becoming part of the SATRA family and participating in their events, you can find more information on how to join www.satra-mx.com.

Sunday, July 12th, will be our big Open Ride Day! This is for all riders! I’ve made the start time earlier, so we’ll kick off at 10:00 AM—be sure to get here early and get some laps in before it gets too late. 🙂

And rest assured, guys: I’ll make sure I have a couple of pizzas and water for everyone. It’s one of my favorite things to do for our riding family.

It’s hard to put into words how special this past weekend was at the Broome-Tioga Sports Center. First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the organizers for their incredible hard work and patronage—a sincere thank you to Cory and Jeremiah for making it all happen.

Family events are always the heart of what we do here, but there is something truly profound about coming together to honor those we’ve lost. Seeing everyone unite to pay tribute to our loved ones really reminds me why we do this.

Looking ahead, we’re keeping the momentum going. We have a motorcycle-only ride day this Wednesday, July 8th, from 3:00 PM to Dusk. Check out the details in the flyer below—I hope to see you all out on the track!

Headline: URGENT: Today's Practice (Thursday, July 2) CANCELLED due to Extreme Heat 🌡️⚠️

Hey everyone,

We’ve been watching the forecast closely, and an Extreme Heat Warning is officially in effect for our area today.
Honestly, I just don’t think it’s a good or safe idea to put people in these conditions—riders or our staff. We want everyone to enjoy the sport, not suffer through heatstroke. Rider safety comes first.
So, we are making the call to CANCEL PRACTICE FOR TODAY ONLY (Thursday, July 2).

The Memorial Ride Weekend (Friday-Sunday) is still ON as planned! The weather is supposed to be a tad cooler, and we are looking forward to honoring everyone then.
Stay cool, drink plenty of water, and we’ll see you tomorrow for camping setup.
