It's been quite a weekend!

Congrats to Yancy Shupe on his win at Summit Speedway in NV; Jeremiah Wilson led a Charger 1-2 finish at Independence last night with Zach McNeese 2nd; Trent Matson went +6 to win at Colby KS; and Keith Burg went +12 to the win at Worthington MN!!

The new "House" car unveiled! 😁

Charger Chassis owner Jamie Richards' own ride for 2026!

With 2 grandkids racing karts this summer, we decided to take a step back somewhat and race more locally. So we decided to rebody the Enduro car we've raced the last 2 years.

It's a throwback/re-creation of the car Jamie raced at US 30 Speedway in 1988 in the Jr Sportsman class.

Jamie and Damon Richards will be sharing the driving in the MCSA Vintage Stock Car class, racing various tracks in Nebraska, and we'll be making a trip or two into Iowa to compete with a couple other vintage racing series.

As usual, there's a lot of people who helped out.

First and foremost, Demon Decals for the absolutely KILLER wrap. Damon studied old photo albums of the original 'Cuda to get the right look. I'd say he nailed it!!

402 Custom Cycles and Powder Coating for the awesome powder coat work on the wheels and bumpers!

Bryon Hartman with Hartman Auto Repair for the tire machine!

Samek Carpentry (Steve Samek)...the one returning sponsor from 38 years ago!

After most of the day gathering information, we've decided who actually got our 1400th win!

Race Vasquez, Yancy Shupe and Thomas Daffern all earned wins last night! Due to time zones, and research on what time the races ended.....

Congrats to Thomas Daffern for getting win #1400!!

Just a quick reminder about the 1400th win deal: after last night, we're at 1397. Austin Brauner Racing picked up the Stock Car win at Boone County Raceway, and Chance Hillman grabbed the USRA Hobby win at West Union!

It's not uncommon at all to have multiple wins on the same night (see above 😁), so if you get a win, it's important to text or message Jamie with the time that the checkers flew on your A feature. We've had milestone wins come down to just a few minutes one way or the other.

If you don't happen to check out our website very often (www.chargerchassis.com), there's a counter on the Home page that shows our wins for the season, and overall career Charger wins.

The counter now sits at 1395 total feature wins since 2004.

Just like we've done for every 100th win, the driver who wins feature #1400 gets a $100 gift card to Speedway Motors.

And, like we've done in the past, the FIRST person who comments on this post with their guess as to who that driver will be, will win a Charger Chassis T-shirt and a couple of our new Koozies!
