The hull set the color. We carried it through. 🎨⚓

For Shang Hai II, this 27′ Albury, the goal was a custom boat enclosure that complements the hull’s soft seafoam color. Our color-matched canvas brings the whole look together, following the boat’s lines for a coordinated finish.

Because your boat enclosure should look like it belongs on your boat.

Want a custom boat enclosure that complements your hull? Send Canvas Designers a message.

Tailored to the boat. Defined by the details. ⚓

Custom upholstery for a 64′ Viking sportfish, with a coordinated grey palette and distinctive vertical diamond quilting.

The details:
• #5 vertical diamond quilting in a 2″ × 3″ pattern in Ultra Leather Sea Stone using Shark Grey Thread
• Sunbrella Horizon Capriccio Storm on the boxings, knee rolls and neck rolls

A considered combination of pattern, texture and trim from Canvas Designers.

Bow and aft shade on this 42′ Invincible Cat. ☀️

This custom Sunfly setup adds shade over the forward seating and aft cockpit, giving you more comfortable places to relax and enjoy the water.

Each sunshade attaches to pad eyes at the hardtop corners and is supported by two carbon fiber Sunfly poles. The pulleys and cam cleats feature a black leather-textured powder-coated finish, complemented by Snow White Stamoid Light fabric.

A clean fit, thoughtful details, and more shade where you need it.

Today, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the strength that brought our country together.

Never forget. 🇺🇸

09/08/2026

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our friend and longtime colleague, James LaPointe.

For over a decade, Jim was a valued part of the Canvas Designers family. He’ll be remembered for his warm smile, skilled craftsmanship, and the spirit he brought to our shop each day.

His presence will be deeply missed, but the impact he made on our team will never be forgotten. Our hearts are with his family, friends, coworkers, and everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Rest in peace, Jim. You’ll forever be part of the Canvas Designers family.

Precision starts long before the final installation.

At Canvas Designers, our Custom Metal Fabrication Department builds the stainless steel framework behind many of our marine projects. From custom Bimini frames and T-top structures to hardtops, handrails, brackets, and one-of-a-kind fabrication, every piece is built for strength, accuracy, and life on the water.
