This Sunday, my wife Cassandra will set off on an adventure she's worked incredibly hard for—riding 391.4 miles across Iowa during RAGBRAI!
Over the next 7 days, she'll pedal from Onawa to Dubuque, taking on every hill, every headwind, every sunrise, and every mile with determination and heart. I've watched the early mornings, the long training rides, and the dedication she's poured into preparing for this moment. I couldn't be more proud of her for chasing such an amazing goal.
Before she rolls out on Sunday, let's show her just how much support she has! Please leave her a good luck message or words of encouragement in the comments.
