This ‘70 Firebird came in with a beautiful engine built by a builder who has since retired.
As we went through the car, we found a few details that needed attention—valve adjustment, sealing up some leaks, and cleaning up a handful of items to make sure everything was right.
✔️ Finished setting up the fuel system
✔️ Fabricated new fuel lines
✔️ Corrected a poorly manufactured pre-bent fuel line
✔️ Replaced the fuel pressure regulator and got fuel pressure dialed in perfectly for the carb setup
✔️ Completed transmission connections
Now it’s time for the fun part. Next stop: the dyno to get everything sorted, tested, and tuned the way it should be.
