The Mark Melton 2026 Midwest Nationals clinic sponsored by Kegel's Bicycle Store is now taking reserve spots! Spots are limited to 25 and will be offered first come, first serve.

TOMORROW'S RACE DAY

For everyone coming to The Rock tomorrow, Rockford IRONMAN is taking place this weekend so refer to the map below to plan your route accordingly and be sure to give yourself extra time for delays.

If you come from the East or the North you should be ok down Riverside Blvd. Advise, there is heavy construction taking place down Auburn St. headed West, I would avoid that area as well.

Practice and registration 10:30-noon, striders have the track at noon.

The best route is to enter Rockford from Riverside Blvd…

TONIGHT!

Wednesday night UNDER THE LIGHTS race featuring our REGISTRATION DAY EVENT, tonight's race is FREE and NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED! Tonight we will be awarding certificates to our riders for tonights main events.

Practice and registration 5:30-6:30, racing asap. Striders, you will have the track at 5:00pm.

There were a lot of blue beginner league jerseys making big moves at The Rock today. We're so proud of our new riders who came out and raced. You all did AWESOME!!!

Reminder, we've got another beginner's league starting this Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm. The deadline to register is Monday at midnight. Hit us up with any questions or if you'd like to register.

For those asking for details about tomorrow’s parade in Pecatonica, see below from the Nguyen family:

“Line up at 1:15-1:30, step off is at 2:00 sharp. We are entry #43. Staging is at Winnebago fairgrounds, head down 1st street, volunteers will direct you to our place.

I encourage you or your kids to ride bikes to draw attention to our sport/ community. We also have trailer/ truck to ride on if you don't want to ride a bike. I would anticipate not having place to park so maybe plan on being dropped off and/or riding bikes to line up location. I will be driving my truck in the parade and happy to shuttle people to their vehicles if needed

I have fliers to pass out. I plan on buying a few bags of candy but I'm working on a teacher budget so of course if you want to donate a bag of candy to the cause, that is always appreciated.”
