Celebrating Elena as our Team Member of the Month! 🎉

Since joining MarineMax just three years ago during our busiest season, Elena has become an essential part of our service department. As our Service Team Lead, she coordinates our on-water mobile team during the summer and helps schedule fall pickups and spring deliveries—all while building genuine connections with customers and keeping their boats safe year-round.

Elena’s favorite memory includes the calm, winter months caring for all the boats while they are tucked away in storage. She also enjoys the excitement of boat show season in January, where she experiences a new side of the business. Outside of work, she loves exploring Minnesota’s restaurants and hidden gems with her two dogs. Originally from Michigan, Elena has embraced life in Minnesota and enjoys discovering something new every day.
