🔥September 2026 Recap for S.O.M. Mike🔥

NO SURPRISE HERE FOLKS‼️‼️ Mike took home the trophy once again for September 2026‼️

Admittedly, it was TOUGH for all of us at Orr, but Mike still managed to grab 13.5 Sales on No Phone Calls Made and No Appointments Set‼️ SOLID NUMBERS! Great Conversion Rate‼️
Also……

He gained a wife and 3 Bonus Kiddos‼️

Mike and “Bully” Alvarado decided to reignite their rivalry on FB Live‼️

The mid 40’s struck, so we spent time laying on the Dodge Showroom with a bad back‼️

David and Bobby convinced Mike the “Asian Zing Pringles” with 4 flaming peppers on the can wasn’t spicy‼️

Despite all that he already does, he even offered to keep the gas card heading into the new month‼️

All kidding aside ,Mike, we are so GRATEFUL have you as part of the Orr Family‼️ Thank you for your dedication to everyone who walks through the front door. We love you man. CONGRATS‼️

🔥🔥🔥🔥EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT🔥🔥🔥🔥

We typically reserve this for our veterans like
Mike(Chronic Salesman of the Year)
Chris(Salesperson of the River Valley 5/6 years)
Matthew(Car Sales/Real Estate Extraordinaire)

But this week, we want to HONOR one of the newest members to the Orr AutoMall team, Cole Eddy. This man has been a constant source of life and encouragement to EVERY SINGLE TEAM MEMBER and EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. I have never in my life seen the light of Jesus shine as brightly as it does in this man.

Cole,
You make Orr AutoMall BETTER.
You make the Dodge Building BETTER.
You make everyone’s day BETTER.

Just because you are a part of it…..

It is a great honor and privilege to celebrate such an amazing friend, but more importantly, an amazing man of God. Thank you for being YOU‼️ We love you brother💛💜
