Due to our ever growing business we are looking for a motivated Receptionist for our S**o location.

The essential job functions are as follows:
• Answer phones, greet customers
• Daily Cash-up
• Mail out customer copies of invoices & survey cards daily
• Put invoices / checks in order for filing upstairs
• Mail monthly statements & flyers
• Provide administrative & clerical support to Parts, Service & Sales Staff.
• CDK knowledge very helpful.
• Microsoft Word, Excel knowledge a must.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of equipment, parts or truck related field very helpful.
Ability to read & comprehend English instructions & information.
High School diploma or the equivalent
Valid in-state driver's license

Looking for a Parts Delivery Person in S**o, Maine.

JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of this position is making parts deliveries between customer & dealership locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check in freight & put in correct bin locations in warehouse.
Operate forklift and/or pallet jack.
Pick up & deliver parts for the service/parts departments, as needed.
Maintain organization & cleanliness of the warehouse.
Opens pallets, crates, and other containers with proper safety equipment in a safe manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record a must!!!!!!!
Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information & write in a legible manner. High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to use Windows based computer systems, Microsoft Office excel/word.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
