This E90 came in with misfires after another shop told the customer a cylinder head teardown was necessary. During diagnostic, our technician discovered an obstruction in the intake below cylinder 3 injector. A plastic flap from one of the intake adjuster units broke and was sucked into the intake! Thankfully, the piece was too large to travel any further and still in one piece so no major damage was caused.
