🚨 WE’RE HIRING — LEAD AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN 🚨

Midwest Tire & Service is looking for an experienced Lead Automotive Technician in Salem, Indiana.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience who is confident with diagnostics, electrical and drivability concerns, and in-depth repairs.

This is not an entry-level position. This technician will handle the majority of our diagnostic and advanced repair work and will be a key part of our growing shop.

💰 $35+/hour based on experience and ability
💰 Commission opportunities on top of hourly pay

For the right technician, we are willing to pay what it takes. If you have the experience, diagnostic ability, and quality of work we’re looking for, we want to talk.

Midwest Tire & Service is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Salem, Indiana.

We are looking for someone with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to diagnose vehicle concerns and complete in-depth repairs. This is not an entry-level position. The right person should be confident working independently, troubleshooting difficult issues, and handling a wide range of mechanical repairs.

What we offer:
• $25-40 Hourly pay plus a commission bonus
• Benefits available after 90 days
• 2 weeks of paid time off

After-hours tire repair on this John Deere 2955 🚜

We booted the tire, removed the old calcium ballast, thoroughly cleaned the wheel, and refilled the tire with Rim Guard ballast.

When the weather is warm and hay is on the ground, downtime isn’t an option. Our customers have to keep rolling, and we’re here to help make that happen—even after hours.
