One of my favorite parts about owning RV parks is meeting people from all over the country.

Today we welcomed Nate and Rhonda to Woodland Oaks.

They made the trip all the way from Nebraska and brought Sweetie, Azure, Yazzy, and Lucca along for the adventure. 🐾

A few years ago Rhonda fell in love with Texas.

Nate was ready for a new chapter.

Now they’re both here.

One thing I’ve noticed is that every RV has a story behind it.

Some people are retiring.

Some are traveling for work.

Some are chasing warmer weather.

Some are simply looking for a fresh start.

We’re happy to have them as part of the Woodland Oaks community.

One thing we’ve worked hard on at Woodland Oaks is creating a place people are proud to live.

Clean grounds.

Mature oak trees.

Laundry facilities.

Wi-Fi.

Quiet atmosphere.

Most importantly, we screen everyone who applies.

In fact, we’ve already turned down multiple applicants this month.

Not because we’re trying to be difficult.

Because standards matter.

The people who already live here deserve a clean, safe, well-maintained community.

With apartment rents continuing to climb, a lot of people are looking for a more affordable option.

Whether that’s bringing your RV or living in one of our tiny homes, we’re seeing more and more people choose affordability, simplicity, and community over a massive housing payment.

Affordable doesn’t have to mean rundown.
