"I possess a two-month-old 2026 Sienna van and am experiencing issues with the power liftgate.

I scheduled a 6:00 AM appointment with Toyota of San Bernardino. I was informed that the diagnostic process would take only a few hours and that transportation home would be provided. A few hours later, I received a call stating that, despite their inability to replicate the problem, they had successfully repaired the necessary components for the liftgate to function. Upon returning to the dealership, I retrieved my vehicle, and the liftgate is now operating correctly. I commend the service provided and extend my gratitude to Daniel for his exceptional customer service."
