Santa Rosa, we need to talk about the first rain. 🌧️

After months of dry weather, oil and grime build up on the road. The first real rain lifts all of it to the surface, and suddenly your usual commute feels slick in a way it didn't last week.

That's the worst possible moment to find out your brakes aren't what they used to be.

Brakes rarely just quit without warning. They drop hints first. Here's how to translate them:

1️⃣ High-pitched squeal? Often a sign of pad wear. That's your early heads-up.
2️⃣ Grinding? Don't sit on this one. It can mean metal is rubbing on metal.
3️⃣ Pedal pulsing under your foot? Could be rotors, could be something else.
4️⃣ Pedal feels soft or sinks lower than usual? Get it looked at soon.
5️⃣ Car pulls to one side when you stop? Could be brakes, tires, suspension, or alignment. Guessing gets expensive.
6️⃣ Brake or ABS light on? Take it seriously.
