In case you missed it -> we got our hands on a prototype ARB Air Locker for the INEOS Grenadier.

ARB provided Agile Offroad with an early prototype so we could install it, test it, and provide feedback before the final production release.

Yesterday in the Agile Offroad shop, we had three different Sprinters getting three different levels of RIP Kit upgrades installed at the same time.

One van was getting our Standard RIP Kit setup with Fox 2.5 shocks and Bilstein front struts. Another was getting the Fox Performance Elite Series RIP Kit. The third was getting our FRS Internal Bypass RIP Kit, along with an Alcon Big Brake Kit, engine and transmission skid plate, and other supporting upgrades.

Different vans. Different build goals. Different suspension packages. Same focus: improving ride quality, control, stability, and real-world capability.

We Found an Agile-Equipped Sprinter in the Wild

While on vacation near Mount Shasta, Alex spotted a Sprinter van in Dunsmuir with Agile Offroad suspension components underneath so naturally, we had to ask about it.

Chris Lopes uses his 2016 Sprinter 4x4 as both a work vehicle and a camping rig, often loaded with tools, motorcycles, canoes, kayaks, and gear for travel. He shared what led him to upgrade the suspension, how the van handles fully loaded, and why Baja roads made suspension a priority.

Grenadier Gathering West in Moab brought out some seriously cool builds this year.

From clean, restrained setups to fully outfitted overland rigs and trail-ready builds, it was awesome seeing how different owners are approaching the INEOS Grenadier platform.

Here are a few Grenadiers that caught our eye throughout the event.

We always enjoy seeing this community grow, meeting other owners and builders, and getting to spend time around vehicles that are actually being used the way they were intended.

Our friends at Vannon recently shared a great walkthrough of Jesus’ Sprinter at Adventure Van Expo in San Juan Capistrano.

This van started as one of Vannon’s Lite Series builds, with Taylor walking through the layout, features, and thoughtful details they added before the van came to us for its Agile Offroad upgrades.

From there, our team added the suspension and performance upgrades that help bring the whole build together, improving ride quality, control, and real-world capability.

We always enjoy working with builders like Vannon who care about doing things the right way. Interior layout, livability, suspension, handling, and trail performance all matter when you’re building a van that’s actually meant to be used.

In Case You Missed It : Not every upgrade is about adding capability. Some are about protecting the capability you already have.

Adventure Is Better Shared.

From June 30 through July 3, we had the opportunity to explore some of Oregon's most incredible landscapes, from the towering peaks of Steens Mountain to the endless expanse of the Alvord Desert.

Over four unforgettable days, we shared miles of backcountry roads, incredible campsites, amazing meals, breathtaking scenery, and plenty of laughs along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this trip such a memorable experience. We'd also like to thank everyone who shared their photos. This collection wouldn't have been possible without your contributions.

We're excited to announce that Agile Offroad is heading back to The Big Thing in Montana, July 9–13!

John will once again be leading Sprinter training sessions, covering real-world driving techniques, suspension, traction, and the do's and don'ts of getting the most out of your Mercedes Sprinter.

We'll also have both our INEOS Grenadier and Sprinter on-site throughout the event.
