Come visit us at the Fall Market Days at Green Jay Gardens. It’s on the corner of Elm Grove Road and HWY 46. We will be there on October 31 from 9 to 5 (what a great name for a song) and November 1 from 10 to 4. This will be a new market for us. We will be featuring our Bread and Butter Pickles, the Guadalupe County Fair Grand Reserve Champion. We will also be showcasing our Watermelon Rind Pickles. These pickles were awarded the TriColor Ribbon at the Guadalupe County Fair.

Even in a Wheelchair, Caye’s Corner is awesome!!!! Reserve Grand Champion for her Bread and Butter Pickles (IYKYK) and a Tri Color for her latest creation, Watermelon Rind Pickles. These will be one of the featured sample at our next market, Market Days at Cactus Land Brewing Co.

A shout out of thanks to Market Days at Cactus Land Brewing Co. it was another successful fun outing. Good customers, who always share a fun story or two with us, great vendors, good music, good food, good b**r and fantastic management. Looking forward to doing it again on November 8.

We are looking forward to our first Fall Market. It will be at Market Days at Cactus Land Brewing Co. on October 4. This one will be a little different for us. Caye is on the mend resulting from a broken fibula. This will be Caye’s Corner Lite…..Jams, Jellies and pickles. We will also have some hand crafted jackets.

We have been experiencing new ways to enjoy our Apple Butter. We’ve put it on toast, oatmeal, cottage cheese and mixed it into Greek Yogurt. Enjoyed them all.

We have had several of our friends ask us if we make Apple Butter……as of this past weekend, the answer is yes. We will be debuting this on June 7 at Market Days at Cactus Land Brewing Co. Come on out and give it a try. We will have samples.

And the fun begins!!! The harvest has begun!!! Working hard to get everything ready from our non certified organic gardens for Market Days at Cactus Land Brewing Co. on June 7. We will be debuting our Bluebell Salsa and Cucuzza Pickles.

The harvest from my non certified organic garden has begun.

Come see us this Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 3:00 to 8:00 at the Barbarossa Trough. The address is 8901 Barbarossa Road.

The Trough is family friendly and pet friendly. Food, music and cold adult beverages.
