"It's just dripping a little"
Ok... let's do the math.
Let's say that a "small" oil leak drips about 1 drop per minute.
It doesn't sound like much... until you see the numbers:

1 drop/min = about 2.5 oz every 24 hours
Over a week = 17 ounces per week
Over a month = about 2 quarts

Here's the problem — most engines only hold 4–6 quarts total.
That means in just one month, your engine could be running at half capacity. Let that go on for more than a month, and things get real serious. Low oil = metal on metal contact = engine damage that can become very expensive.

Modern direct injection and turbocharged engines are great for power and fuel economy, but many of them share a common problem: carbon buildup on the intake valves.

Over time, carbon deposits can restrict airflow and cause symptoms like rough idle, hesitation, reduced fuel economy, and loss of performance. The first photos show what those valves looked like before cleaning. The buildup was significant enough to affect how the engine was breathing and performing.

Using specialized equipment, we’re able to safely remove those deposits and restore proper airflow through the engine. Just look at the difference in the after photos.

These parts should not have this much sludge and build up on them, and there shouldn't be the debris in the screen of the oil pick-up. All signs that trouble is on the horizon. Regular oil changes keep things lubricated and extend the life of the vehicle.
