If you see your Tire Light on this morning-showing 28 PSI. 🚨
Not a nail. Not a leak. Just fall in Alabama.
Cold air shrinks, so your tires lose about 1 PSI for every 10° the temperature drops. Go from an 80° afternoon to a 40° morning and you're down 4 PSI before you leave the driveway.
What the light means:
• Stays on = at least one tire is about 25% low
• Flashes first, then stays on = a sensor problem, not air
WHAT TO DO:
• Check your tires cold, before driving
• Fill to the number on the sticker in your driver's door jamb
• Skip the number on the tire sidewall. It's the max, not the target.
Light keeps coming back after you fill up? You likely have a slow leak.
Run by Bob's Tire & Alignment 4200 N. Jackson Hwy, and we can plug it, patch it or get you a New Tire and get you back on the road!
Cooler Alabama nights are here to stay.
Send this to the person in your house who always ignores dashboard lights. 😉
