Hello everyone! I have written a book call HISTORY OF THE FRONT DISCHARGE READY MIX TRUCK - "The Greatest Advance in Mixers".
The book starts with the 1924 Charles Payne Combination Truck and Concrete Mixer then to 1964 invention of the Rite-Way mixer all the way to 2021 HMC - Hollinghead Mixer Company. 47 pages of Who - What - When and Where.
Over the past 31 years I have been gathering this information and now have a book telling the stories about the Front Discharge Mixer.

- Another truck the team just finished for R&R Ready Mix, R&R Concrete, Arquette Concrete WBC - Truck #39, 2004 Oshkosh, Level 2 Refurb package, new Oshkosh box frame, with new pusher & tag axles installed. As you can see it turned out to be a beauty. This is the 7th truck the team has completed for them. - CABS? I get this question- what is it you do to the cab? We’ll check it out. EVERYTHING gets taken out of the cab. The cab goes to sandblast & paint. Inside & outside is painted. Next is installing new headliner, floor liner & back of cab liner. Then we install all the new parts & donor parts back in the cab. When finished it looks, operates & smell like its band new.
